When we set goals, it should be S.M.A.R.T
(Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Relevant, Time bound)

Goals can be anything. By all means!!!
Yes, as a racer you can pick a specific race and a specific time/ranking as your goal, but at the same time you can decide that to read one book a week is another goal.
While one can decide that his next goal is to work toward a promotion in his day job, someone else will set the goal : "to finish a 5 km run by January".
Goals change from one person to another.
Goals change during our life and according to different events. 
This is why sometimes we need guidance, in order to find the right path to set and achieve the next goal.

Together, we can decide which will be your new goal, we can set your new goals (long term and short term), find the right way to approach it and make sure you keep your focus and motivation up during the journey

I can be part of your support team! 

Consultation sessions will be face to face or via Google Meet (long distance is not a problem).
